Billing and Account Questions

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly.

In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalogue page.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking Profile Icon from the end of the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password. Access Your Profile

When do I get billed?

Your subscription auto-renews and your billing date can be found in your dashboard. Simply click your name in the top left of the screen and click 'Dashboard' in the dropdown menu. Then follow the link to 'subscriptions'.

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking Profile Icon from the end of the top navigation menu.

Select Billing and update your billing information. Access Your Profile

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking Profile Icon from the end of the top navigation menu.

Select Billing and locate your Subscription Details at the bottom of the page. Click Cancel Auto-Renewal. Your subscription will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

Why has my credit card been declined?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your bank to inform them of the purchase you wish to make.

Additionally, some credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing and may be denied for that reason.

Playback Questions

How do I mark a favourite video?

Under each video is an 'Add to Favorites' button. Click the button to add the video to your favourites.

How do I get back to the Oratorical home page?

Click the Oratorical logo in the upper left corner of the screen on any page to return to the home page.

Can I view Oratorical content offline?

At this time, you cannot view Oratorical content offline. Currently, all our content needs to be streamed via a suitable internet connection.

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

Can I watch Oratorical videos on my mobile or tablet?

Simply use the web browser on your device to go to magicstream.com, you'll be able to log in and the video player auto-scales to your screen size, so your viewing is always optimized.

Can I watch Oratorical videos on my TV?

Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.

Do you have an app?

We will be launching an app in the near future.

Can I view Oratorical videos on more than one device at a time?

No, your subscription only allows for you to access the content on one device at a time.

When will I know what new content is coming?

We will automatically email you whenever we add new videos according to your notification settings.
